We deliver to every part of Bangladesh. Delivery time depends on whether your item is in stock (Express) or ordered in for you (Pre-order).

Delivery times are counted from when your order is confirmed. Fridays and public holidays are not counted.

Express and Pre-order: what's the difference?

• Express: the product is already in stock in Bangladesh and ships quickly.
• Pre-order: we order the product for you from India, and it reaches you within 3 weeks.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and order, and are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Receiving your order

Please open your parcel in front of the delivery person and check it before accepting. If an item is damaged or expired, you can return it right there. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
